This is a small guide on how CubeHosting works.
1) Products
You can see and compare our products on our Products Page. Here you will see a comparison between our 3 packages aswell as a feature list with everything that is included with your package.
2) Order
Once you choose a package you like, you can click Order now so you will be taken through the order form. You can choose to buy a domain name from us, or use one you already have (dont forget to update the nameservers if that’s the case). You will have to fill out your details, or login if you are an existing customer.
3) Payment
When you have chosen your desired payment method and read and agree to our Terms of Service. You will be redirected towards your payment gateway. As soon as the payment is completed your product will be activated!
4) Payment Completed
When your payment is finished successfully. Your product will be instantly activated, you should have received an email with subject: ‘New Account Information’ which includes your username and password to your cPanel. As well as a temporary URL for when your domain isn’t working yet. (Domains can take up to 24hours before they are available). So be sure to keep the information in this email safe and secure! You can always change your cPanel password at any time inside cPanel itself. (Search for the ‘Change Password’ icon).
Your invoice is included as a pdf in the email with the subject: ‘Customer Invoice’.
If you didn’t receive any of these emails, please check your Spam folder.
